Can I search for accommodation by price?
You can define the maximum price EUR/night in the search section on the right, above the SEARCH button.
Can I search for available accomodation only?
The system will search, according to the data in the search section, only the available accommodation which may be reserved.
How do I search for accommodation with specific facilities such as swimming pool, balcony, etc.?
Click on MORE SEARCH OPTIONS in the search section where you can select other parameters like swimming pool, etc... in the fields TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION, etc...
Where can I find the details of the accommodation facility?
Click on SHOW DETAILS which you can find in the brief description of the accommodation facility, and then either in the LIST OF OBJECTS or in the SHORT LIST.
How can I find my way to the hotel?
In the details of the accommodation facility you will find information on the distances from the airport and stations to that facility, a map with the hotel address convenient for arrivals by car, and information about transport services.
Room Types
Whats the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.
How can I find accommodation with additional beds for children?
Define the number of children, additional beds respectively, in the search field Children (0-12). The system will automatically find accommodations offering additional beds for children.
You can also narrow the selection of accommodations to those that provide special services for small children in MORE SEARCH OPTIONS of the SERVICES section by chosing the parameter CHILD CARE SERVICE.
Pricing
Are the accommodation prices per person or per room?
All accommodation prices on BOOKBEDS are per room per night.
Do I need to pay a reservation fee?
No, there is no need to pay a reservation fee.
How can I know if breakfast is included in the price?
In MORE SEARCH OPTIONS of the SERVICES section, choose accommodations where breakfast is included in the price by selecting the parameter BREAKFAST.
Does the accommodation price include all taxes and local fees?
All taxes (DPH/VAT), spa fees and local fees are included in the price.
Credit Cards and Payments
How can I pay for the accommodation?
To reserve in BOOKBEDS you must pay deposit determined by the accommodator. You will pay the rest in cash or with a credit card at the accommodation facility at your check out.
What happens if I do not show up or cancel the reservation?
If you cancel your reservation, in accordance with the cancellation conditions (for most accommodators, cancelling a reservation 24 hours before the date of arrival is free of charge. Check this information in the CANCELLATION CONDITIONS while making the reservation), the paid amount will be returned to you diminished by handling fees such as bank fees, Paypal, WebMoney,...If you do not show up or if you cancel the reservation after the deadline, no payment will be returned.
If I dont have or dont want to pay with a credit card, can I still book an accommodation?
You may pay for your accommodation alternatively through the WebMoney.
Is it safe to pay with a credit card through BOOKBEDS?
All data from your credit card is processed by the Global Payments system. You may find all the information about transaction security in http://www.globalpaymentsinc.com/. The BOOKBEDS system does not store any data about your credit card.
Wich credit cards can I pay with?
Most accomodators recommend VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS; some also accept Diners Club, JCB and other local cards. Please check the cards accepted by the accommodator in the DETAILS section of the accommodation facility.
Reservation Process
How long will it take BOOKBEDS to process my booking?
After clicking on the BOOK NOW button, in the next couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email.
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is providing a wrong email address. So please double check the email address you enter, specially if you use more than one address.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please send all the details of your accommodation booking to service@bookbeds.eu.
Can I make a reservation by phone, email, Skype, ICQ,...?
Unfortunately not. Reservations MUST be made exclusively through the BOOKBEDS system.
How do I know if my booking was made successfully?
After a few minutes you will recieve an email with the confirmation of your reservation containing a reservation number.
I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
When you make a booking, please check your email address. If you do not receive an email after you have completed the booking, it might be because your mailbox is full, your spam filter settings are too strict or you did not spell your email address correctly.
Hotel Policies and Facilites
How do I know the check-in and check-out times? Jak zjistím časy check-in and check-out?
This information may be different for each accommodation facility. You can find this information in the reservation section.
How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
We advise you to inform your accommodator on time about possible changes on your date of arrival or departure.
How do I know if pets are allowed?
Search for accommodation facilities convenient for pets in MORE SEARCH OPTIONS of the section TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION by selecting the parameter PETS.
How can I choose a hotel with specific facilities such as a lift, etc...?
Search for accommodation facilities with lifts in MORE SEARCH OPTIONS of the SERVICES section by selecting the parameter LIFT.
What should I do if I need more information about a room or hotel and the BOOKBEDS system does not provide it?
After the reservation is made, you will receive all the contact information of the accommodator where you may find more details. You can cancel your reservation, in reaction to the obtained information, with the right to receive a refund of the reservation fee.
Cancellation
How can I cancel my booking or change my date of arrival?
Changes and cancellation requests can be made through the web page (link) provided in the confirmation email.
Which are the booking cancellation fees?
Non, if the booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation conditions. For most accommodators, cancelling a reservation 24 hours before the date of arrival is free of charge. However, check this information in the CANCELLATION CONDITIONS section while making the reservation at a specific accommodation facility.
How do I know that my booking was cancelled?
After cancelling a booking you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation.
How do I know which are the conditions for cancelling a reservation?
Cancellation conditions differ among accommodators. For that reason, it is necessary that you open the conditions for each hotel. You may find the cancellation conditions in the DETAILS.
